Life Skills Classes are offered on a wide range of topics such as anger management, stress reduction, balancing home and work, and meal planning on a budget. Many classes are offered in a single class format while others may meet once a week for several weeks.
- Case Management
-
Our counselors will then work with clients to develop a plan for long-term stability, and connect them with the benefits and services that will help them meet there goals. In our strategy to help survivors overcome the trauma of domestic violence, our case managers assess the needs of each client and their family to design an individualized plan to achieve their goals.
